Super Grilled Cheese

It isn't just grilled cheese. It's SUPER grilled cheese!

With onions, shredded, and single slice cheeses, this may actually work as a side for your next dinner or lunch! 

* 2 tbsp of butter or garlic butter

* Chopped onion (red or white)

* American cheese slices (or any kind of cheese slices)

* Shredded cheese (mozzerella or cheddar, any kind!)

* Sliced bread

* Garlic powder

 

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Cooking Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  1. Add butter into a skillet or wok and grill the onions.
    Set aside.

  2. Add more butter into the skillet or wok and add a slice of bread.

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder on the bread.

  4. Place one slice of American cheese.

  5. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.

  6. Add the onions and "close" the sandwich.

  7. Flip the sandwich carefully, sprinkle garlic on the other side.

  8. Cool and serve!
