Pull-Apart Cheese & Garlic Bread

Hubby Deliciousness Meter: 9/10

A crowd appeasing treat. It’s great to try with different cheeses & bread.
You can use more than one cheese, just stuff one side with one cheese and one side with the other. Mozzarella is my favorite.A sour dough or garlic loaf works for the bread. Whatever you can find!
Warning: The bread may be all gone by the end of your meal!

* A loaf of bread
* 3 tbsp of butter
* Dry ranch dressing mix
* Deli cheese slices (my deli has a garlic cheese that goes perfect!)
* Parsley
* Garlic powder

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Total Cooking Time:  45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Roll out aluminum foil, enough to cover the whole loaf of bread.

  3. Place the bread on the aluminum foil.

  4. With a bread knife, cut the bread vertically across (not all the way through)

  5. Then, horizontally across. (not all the way through)
    This will create “pieces” to pull apart.

  6. Mircowave 3 tbsp of butter in a microwaveable bowl (around 15 seconds)

  7. Then stir in the dry ranch dressing mix with the butter.

  8. Add a dash of garlic powder.

  9. Stuff or drizzle each crack in the bread with this buttery mixture.

  10. Then stuff each crack with the cheese slices (or shredded cheese is okay too).

  11. Cover up the bread with the foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  12. Serve with spreadable butter!
