Hearty Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Hubby Deliciousness Meter: 9/10

All the taste (and aroma!) of a classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, in one hearty family casserole! Sometimes I exclude the egg noodles. They are optional if you don’t want the extra starch. I would call the marinade optional, but it really completes the dish! It is very tenderizing on the meat & tastebuds. :)

If you don't have a whole lot of time, just shake the meat in the marinade for 1 minute or so.

Whether you are cooking for two or more, adjust the portions for meat, pasta, spices and veggies as desired.
