Italian Ciabatta Sandwich
Hubby Deliciousness Meter: 8/10
Italian cuisine is very flavorful. This gourmet ciabatta sandwich will have your taste of Italy cravings begone! (If my other Italian dishes haven’t done it yet!).
I do not like to substitute the ciabbata, but if it is not found in your area, feel free to sub it for another hearty sandwich bread. Italian meats are plenty such as salami, bresaola, capicola, prosciutto, pancetta even pepperoni may be used. Cheeses are just as plenty: Mozzerella, provolone, asiago, fontina, or even gorgonzola! Why not use more than one meat or cheese to experiment?
For the sauce, any preferred pasta sauce like mushroom, marinara, or even spaghetti will do. :)
