Garden Vegetable Soup

I'm on a Panera roll! First I made chicken fronetga (my fave Panera panini, on my site)
and now my favorite soup! Garden vegetable. The Panera near me never serves this soup, but the one a couple blocks away does. So why not make it at home? 
This isn't a perfect match, the original is more complex and I don't add in any noodles, 
but this suffices my Panera palette!

* Vetegable Broth (the original Panera recipe uses Tomato so either works!)
* Tomato sauce
* Sliced zuchinni

* Sliced onions (red or white)
* Diced celery

* Diced carrots
* Oregano & Basil

 

 

Total Prep Time:  10 minutes

Total Cooking Time:  20-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  1. Simmer the vegetable broth in a saucepan.

  2. Add tomato sauce and stir.

  3. Slice your zuchinni, onions, and celery if you haven't already!

  4. Toss them in, stir and simmer.

  5. Add in oregano & basil.

  6. (Optional) add any shredded cheeses.

    It's that simple! Enjoy.
