Country Veggie Gravy

White country gravy with veggies! A savory sauce that isn't only limited to meat & potatoes,

but pasta and other dishes, too! 

* Half an onion

* Cream of chicken soup
* Cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery, potato, etc.)
* 1/2 cup of sour cream
* Half a bag of frozen veggies
* A little bit of water
* Mushrooms (1 can or 1 cup fresh)

INGREDIENTS

  1. Finely chop the onion.

  2. In a saucepan/pot on medium heat combine (in order):
    Cream of chicken soup
    Cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery, potato, etc.)
    Chopped onion
    1/2 cup of sour cream
    Half a bag of frozen veggies
    Mushrooms

  3. Stir and add in a little bit of water until consistency is to your liking. 

 

Note that this gravy sauce can be stored for later use, but may lose it's consistency overtime.
