*Collard Greens
* Tomatoes
* Onions
* Garlic
*Diced Tomatoes
* Vegetable Stock or Broth
Total Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Cooking Time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS

Fry the onions on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and tomatoes.

Add greens and vegetable stock.

Cook until softened.

Season with black pepper. (OPTIONAL)
