Enhanced Boxed Chocolate Cake Mix

HUBBY DELICIOUS METER: 9/10

Did someone say chocolate? I'm a fan. Especially around that time of month (TMI?)
I'm not a baking whiz when it comes to cake. It always comes out bland and dry.
I always use the boxed stuff. Yet, it just doesn't do it for me, either.
(I am sooo picky I know!). Luckily this is an ultra-moist enhanced cake mix if you're like me.

*  Chocolate Cake Mix
* 2 eggs, and 1 egg yolk
* 1/3 cup of sour cream (2-3 oz)
* 1 stick of butter
* Chocolate bar (less or more, I use a couple small peices, sometimes half the bar! )
* Instant chocolate pudding mix
* 1/3 cup of heavy cream or milk

* 1tsp of baking powder
* 1/4 cup of sugar (brown or granulated. I know the box mix already has sugar so this is optional)

* 1 tsp of salt
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup of hot water (either boiled or turn on the tap for a minute or so)

A dash of cinnamon
Depending on the box mix, you will either need more or less that 1/2 cup of water, so mix in little at a time.
