* Chicken breasts
* Enchilada Sauce (red)
* Shredded cheese
* Corn
* Salsa
* Avocado & Sour cream
Total Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Cooking Time: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS

Tenderize the chicken breasts.

Poke/stab and pour enchilada sauce over breasts.

Marinade for 1 hour (OPTIONAL)

Add salsa and corn.
-
Bake at 355 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Top with cheese and serve with avocado/sour cream when cheese has melted.
