Creamy Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

Hubby Deliciousness Meter: 10/10

I am in love with these potatoes. Guys, I ate half of the whole thing :( I couldn't help myself!

It is full of starchy, creamy, cheesy potato goodness. 10/10 would do it again!

I ate it with my philly casserole and I was in heaven. It is quick to put together, however,

the downside it that it takes 2 hours to bake. Two. Hours. But, all good things come with patience, right? :)

* 1 russet potato per person.

* 1 stick of butter

* Heavy Cream

* Salt

* Pepper

* Mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes.

  7. Place the potatoes evenly spread on the top of the butter.
