Fogo De Chao - Brazilian Cheese Bread

A delicious, buttery, and GLUTEN FREE BREAD with cheese! 
We go to Fogo De Chao every 6 months or so , special occasions, aniversary, etc.
And I really love their bread. How is it so good? Its the tapioca flour!

I've used a few different cheeses, queso fresc and cojita are best or else it turns RUBBERY.

* 1 cup tapioca flour.

* 1/4 cup milk.

*1 egg

*Butter

* COJITA CHEESE or QUESO FRESCO 

Muffin Tin

 

Total Prep Time:  10 minutes

Total Cooking Time:  40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  1. Melt Butter in a mixing bowl.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  3. Add flour, milk, and mix.

  4. It's supposed to be liquidy! Crack one egg in.

  5. Add cheese and mix. 

  6. Add salt to taste and mix.

  7. Pour in muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.
