This burger cannot be properly done without this magic yum sauce  and patty seasoning!

Did you know that you can also sub the buns for Pillsbury Grands?
Try it sometime if you are feeling adventurous!

HAVE SEASONING DISH READY
Combine in a small dish or bowl: 2 teaspoon paprika, 1 ½ tsp pepper, 1 ¼ salt, ½ dark brown sugar, ¼ garlic powder, ¼ onion powder, ¼ cayenne.

LET’S MAKE THE BURGER!

  1. Heat a skillet.

  2. Add 3 tbsp of butter, melt.

  3. Take buns, add garlic butter (or add minced garlic to the skillet instead).

  4. Fry the burger buns in the pan for 2 minutes on medium,
Add butter as needed in between frying buns.

  5. Set all the buns aside.

  6. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the same skillet.

  7. Grab a patty, sprinkle seasoning.

  8. Grill the patty seasoning-side down, then flip & season the uncooked side.

  9. Flip & season the already-grilled side again.
