24 Hour Chicken Marinade
I love marinading chicken. Don't forget to poke (OR STAB!) the chicken for a more absorbed flavor. This recipe is my favorite, it uses an exotic blend of orange juice,
lime juice , and various spices.
* A "dash" of Cumin powder
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* A "dash" (or more!) of chili powder
* Black pepper
* Orange juice (1/4 of a cup)
* Lime juice (3 tbsp)
* Fresh or dried cilantro
* 2 tbsp honey
INGREDIENTS
MARINATE THE CHICKEN 8-24 HOURS BEFORE PREP, THE LONGER THE BETTER!
Marinate in a large bag/Tupperware dish:
* A "dash" of Cumin powder
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* A "dash" (or more!) of chili powder
* Black pepper
* Orange juice (1/4 of a cup)
* Lime juice (3 tbsp)
* Fresh or dried cilantro
* 2 tbsp honey
Pour over meat. Mix well or shake well.
